This was one of those landmark details!
We had the pleasure of working with both an incredible owner and a very unique car. This is a 1966 Ford Galaxie 7 Litre that has spent most of its recent life being shuttled on a trailer from car show to car show, and had never had a proper polish and correction procedure in 20 years. This paint was in wonderful shape from being kept inside, but did not have that “wow” factor that is needed to win shows. We spent 12 hours cutting and polishing the paint, and got the paint looking better than it ever has. It was very hard to pick just a few photos to share with you all, so we will for sure be posting a few more over the next few days.
We could not be more grateful for all of the incredible people we've met along the way, as well as the advice and support we've had from used-to-be strangers. Running a business is hard, but very much worth it in the long run.
Here's the review from the owner!
“I could not have been happier with the job Parker did on my 66 Galaxie 7-Litre. The car looks like it has just come out of the paint booth. The paint was over 20 years old and had water spots and swirling. He was very careful given the rarity of the car and took his time to do it right. His communication with me was excellent. I highly recommended him to anyone wanting an exterior paint correction/detail. I'm sure his other services will be excellent as well.”
